My “January Tree”.

Back in 2010 it was a bleak winter, the recession took hold of NYC and I was living up in the upper west side, my little Wes Anderson bubble as a friend once put it. I decided to create my own holiday that would span the dark months between New Years day and Valentine’s Day. The January tree is meant to be colorful and decorated with flowers and crystals that catch the light in the dark winter months.
